Luca Gozzani

Synonymous with luxury and style, the Fasano brand began way back in 1902 when Vittorio Fasano arrived in São Paulo from Italy and opened the family’s first restaurant, Brasserie Paulista. In 1982 the clan launched the first Fasano restaurant and in 2003, the first Hotel Fasano, where today’s restaurant is located. Though the Fasanos now own tens of restaurants in different cities, the São Paulo flagship remains one of the most important references in Brazilian gastronomy.

Led by chef Luca Gozzani, Fasano specialises in fine Italian cuisine and hospitality, with dishes such as scallop carpaccio with yoghurt and crispy wild rice, and seafood risotto. Choose the ‘Sea and Mountain’ tasting menu or go à la carte. The wine cellar, managed by sommelier Manoel Beato, is well-stocked with Italian gems, while the hotel and restaurant are works of art from renowned Brazilian architects Isay Weinfeld and Marcio Kogan.
