Launched in the newly revamped basement of the Momo restaurant and straight onto The World's 50 Best Bars list 2019, this subterranean spot was founded by famed bartender Erik Lorincz, who left The Savoy’s acclaimed American Bar in 2018. So, you can be sure the cocktails here come with pedigree. Head through the Moroccan-styled restaurant to an unassuming door, which gives way to striking tropical décor (think a bamboo ceiling and hand-painted foliage adorning the walls). Well-dressed bartenders mix up Lorincz’s carefully curated drinks list, including the on-tap selection that is headlined by the ‘Japanese Highball’. Elsewhere on the menu, spritzes and classical twists use inventive combinations of flavours to pull off stunning drinks.
