Jaén in the south of Spain is the world's foremost producer of extra virgin olive oil. It is a unique landscape, with 66 million olive trees and 600.000 hectares of olive grove. The province produces 30% of the world's and 43% of Spain's olive oil.

'Jaén Selección' is a quality distinction created by the government of the province of Jaén. This distinction awards excellence in the quality of the product, 100% certified.
